This surface mounted chrome downlight has an integrated low energy 2w LED. This down light can also be purchased without a mounting ring, or the mounting ring can be removed to make it a recessed downlight.

This low voltage light fitting is designed for installation under kitchen cabinets to light work surfaces, but it can be used anywhere that a light is required. It's not really bright enough for general room lighting, but would be great for effect or background lighting, or for lighting a specific area, such as a kitchen work surface.

Colour temperatures:
Warm white - 3000K
Cool white (manufacturer describes as "neutral white") 4000K
Daylight white (manufacturer describes as "cool white") 6500K

Supplied with 1.5m of cable, with "TOP" power connector. This fitting requires a suitable 12v LED driver to operate. Dimmable drivers available.

This product requires a suitable LED driver to operate. Using a halogen transformer with LED lamps is not advised and may cause damage to the LED.
