This is a 12v 20w MR11 spot lamp. The MR11 fitting has two straight pins that push into the lamp holder. It is also known as GU4 because the pins are 4mm apart.
This lamp has a glass cover and is slightly different to the open front fibre optic lamps. It is worth checking your fitting to see if it allows for a glass covered MR11 lamp and if there is space allows for the extra 1mm of glass
